We are the pioneer of both the Young Aspirant Farmer of the year Awards (YAFA) and Persons with Disability Awards (PDARD) Awards in the country?
Young Aspirant Farmer Awards seek to attract, encourage and acknowledge crop and animal young producers in the Agricultural Sector. The awards aim to encourage succession planning of predominantly old farmers by young farmers for continuity in the sector.
PDARD Awards aim to mainstream disabilities through the Recognition Awards to empower individuals, cooperatives owned by persons with disabilities in the sector through food security, job creation, economic growth and poverty alleviation. To encourage and increase the participation of women, young women, youth and women with disabilities in the agricultural sector
The two types of awards promote food security, job creation and contribution to the provincial and national economies.
