A BB2E is a Public Service Orientation Programme that expose graduate student interns into the structure and functions of Government of South Africa

Limpopo Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (LDARD) introduces graduate students interns into a Public Service Orientation Programme under a banner, ‘Breaking Barriers to Entry into Public Service’ (BB2E), which took place at Madzivhandila College of Agriculture, Vhembe District.

This programme sought to ensure that future candidates in government are not only competent to do their work, but equally principled, valued and ethical to drive the Public Service and Administration to greater heights. 

A BB2E was a week orientation programme, which facilitated by Mokgadi Machaba, Assistant Director from Human Resource Development. It sought to expose graduate student interns into the structure and functions of Government of South Africa. It further aimed at equipping interns with skills and knowledge about the procedures and processes to effectively and successfully apply for advertised positions in the public service.

This programme sought to ensure that future candidates in government are not only competent to do their work, but equally principled, valued and ethical to drive the Public Service and Administration to greater heights

The programme equips interns with skills and knowledge about the procedures and processes of applying advertised posts in government.
